    You could go much smaller than that: 16Gb/32Gb/64Gb are all fine options too. I prefer to have lots of room for expansion, so I opted for the Samsung 128GB card which is less than $25 USD. Many of the older games are small and don’t take up much space on the card.

    The capacity of your microSD card really depends on how many games you want to install to your GPi. You will also need the small sleeve (most microSD cards come with them) to install the microSD card into an SD card reader on your PC/Laptop (make sure you have one). There are a number of brands of microSD cards and capacities to choose from and I certainly can’t list them all here.

  • microSD Card – The microSD card is used to store the operating system, games, hi-scores, etc.
